概述 
Overview

DLEC1-24、DLEC2-50~250矿用浇封兼本质安全型电子喇叭、DLEC1-24/12浇封兼本质安全型信号电子喇叭（工厂用防爆喇叭）、DLEC3-36~127（AC）矿用浇封兼本质安全型电子喇叭（以下简称电子喇叭）是一种煤矿井下和其它高危行业使用的运输机车与其它监控设备配套使用的报警喇叭。它具有外形美观、声级强度大、传输距离远、经久耐用、防爆性能好的优点，非常适宜在含有瓦斯、煤尘等其它爆炸性气体有可能存在的场所和煤矿中使用。

Thanks to their advantages of good shape, large sound intensity, remote transmission, durable service and good explosion-proof performance, they are very suitable to be used at the places wher the other explosive gases containing gas and coal dust, etc. may exist and used in the coal mine.

使用方法 
Methods of Application

用户在得到电子喇叭后，应立即检查是否有因运输的原因而引起的部件损坏。然后关闭机车电源，按照说明书的要求，安装到规定的地方。送电之前先检查连线是否有误，请注意不要把正负极性接错！通电检查连接是否可靠，感觉鸣叫声音是否正常，说明安装成功的与否。安装之前请认真阅读“防爆喇叭安装须知”。 
After the user gets the electronic horn, immediately check whether the parts are damaged or not for the reason of transportation. Then turn off the power supply of locomotive and install it to the required place according to the requirements of the operation instructions. Prior to power transmission, first check whether the connection is wrong or not. Don’t connect the positive and negative polarities in a wrong way. After turning on the power supply, check whether the connection is reliable and the blaring sound is normal to indicate whether the installation succeeds or not. 注意事项 
Notes

1.安装位置应选择有利于喇叭声音向车辆前方自由传送，喇叭口朝向应略微偏向地面一侧，以避免杂物掉入号筒堵塞发声通道，影响声音的传输: 喇叭与机车连接的部件重量应是本喇叭重量的50倍以上。 
1.The installation position shall be favorable for the free transmission of horn sound to the front of the vehicle and the horn mouth shall be slightly towards the ground, so as to prevent the other things from falling into the horn to block the sounding channel and affect the sound transmission: The weight of the horn and its parts that are connected with the locomotive shall be more than 50 times larger than the dead weight of the horn.

2.本喇叭必须使用标称电压为12V、24V、50V、100V、150V、200V、250V的直流电源、交流36V~127V，连接方式参见接线示意图，连接直流电源时请注意电源接插座的正负极性。 
2.This horn must use the DC power supply with the nominal voltage of 12V, 24V, 50V, 100V, 150V, 200V and 250V and its AC voltage is 36V~127V. Its connection type is shown in the wiring diagram. 3.本喇叭在使用中无须做任何调整。本喇叭后外壳的所有螺钉严禁用户随意拆装，否则由此引起的发声质量问题公司不予履行售后服务承诺！！

4.在安装本喇叭时一定不能舍去喇叭的形固定把柄，直接把喇叭安装在机车的部件上，以免影响共鸣作用。必须首先把固定把柄和喇叭本体固定牢靠，再将固定把柄牢固地固定在选择好的机车部件上。 
4.When this horn is installed, the -shaped fixed handle cannot be removed, and then the horn is directly installed on the parts of the locomotive, so as to avoid the impact on the resonance effect. First of all, the fixed handle must be firmly fixed with the horn body and then the fixed handle is firmly fixed on the seleced parts of the locomotive.

5.供给喇叭接线端的电源导体截面不得小于2.5mm2。

6.本喇叭安装成功后，喇叭本体不得与机车任何部件接触或靠实，避免与机车发生共振。
